Return/Refund Policies
Please call to verify hours, treatments and prices, as they may change seasonally. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time for comfortable check in. Lateness will be deducted from treatment time. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the full service booked. If you booked within a 24 hour period, it will be considered a confirmed appointment. Same day cancellations and missed appointments will result in a full charge for the appointment that was booked. All services fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
